Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Execution & Content Support Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across wholesale partner platforms, ensuring alignment with seasonal priorities. Support the upload, maintenance, and accuracy of product content, digital assets, and marketing materials on partner websites and digital media platforms. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand guidelines and messaging are properly represented across all digital activations. Assist in creating and updating content calendars, tracking placements, and monitoring execution across wholesale digital partners. Ensure timely asset delivery and content refreshes to maintain high-quality brand representation. Retail Media & Paid Media Support Support the execution of Retail Media Network (RMN) campaigns, including sponsored search, display ads, and content promotions. Assist in tracking and organizing RMN investments, ensuring alignment with brand goals and budgets. Collaborate with digital media agencies and external partners to coordinate digital activations and gather insights on performance. Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify potential opportunities for improvement. Performance Tracking & Reporting Assist in tracking campaign performance across digital retail partners, collecting data on traffic, engagement, and conversion rates. Support the analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as return on ad spend (ROAS), share of voice (SOV), and sell-through rates. Prepare weekly and monthly reports to summarize digital marketing effectiveness and provide recommendations for optimization. Maintain and update dashboards to track ongoing performance of digital activations. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Wholesale Marketing, Digital Activation, and Sales teams to ensure smooth campaign execution. Support coordination between internal and external teams, ensuring wholesale marketing initiatives align with digital strategies. Assist in managing communication and workflow between creative, brand, and retail teams for campaign execution. Key Relationships Wholesale Digital Marketing Team Sales & Merchandising Teams Retail Media Networks & External Partners US Digital Activation Team Brand Communications & Creative Teams E-commerce & Marketplace Teams Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Basic understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and paid media strategies. Strong ability to manage content, update digital assets, and track marketing activations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data tracking tools. Familiarity with Google Analytics, digital media reporting, and performance dashboards is a plus. Ability to organize and manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Passion for digital marketing, retail, and consumer engagement. Requisite Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred). 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or content management. Experience working with wholesale accounts, retail media, or digital activations is a plus. Basic understanding of paid media and retail media networks is preferred but not required. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for degree.
