What will you own? 

Assist in financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis 

Support the development of financial models to analyze business trends 

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for senior management 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes 

Assist with the implementation of new financial planning and forecasting tool 

Assist in ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed 

Required Skills 

Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking abilities 

Strong verbal and written communication skills 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (customizable based on role) 

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team in virtual and in-person environments 

Basic Qualifications 

Currently enrolled as a student at an accredited college or university 

Must be a rising junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or a related discipline 

Enrolled full-time with a minimum of 12 semester hours 

Maintaining a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher 

Eligible to work in the U.S. in accordance with BCIS guidelines 

Able to provide an official student transcript and any other required documentation 

Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with others 

Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, extracurricular, or community involvement 

Internship eligibility ends upon graduation from the academic program
